Jack Sloan was living a comfortable life with his new wife, Susan, until the unexpected happened: a yacht belonging to a couple with some striking similarities and some undeniable dissimilarities to Jack and Susan floats close to shore with no passengers on board. Jack and Susan are immediately thrown into a whirlwind of events and choices that may lead to friendship and happiness or culminate in total disaster.

This is the story of a man who grew up on the unforgiving streets of south LA. with little hope of a decent future. After High School, he found himself in the U.S. Army where he discovered that he was not only a good soldier, but was exceptionally talented in the use of his KA-BAR.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Carson Brannan is a Navy veteran who fought in Vietnam in 1969. He is an avid sailor and outdoorsman. He enjoyed hunting until going to war. Now he doesn’t want to kill anything. He previously published a book called THE THIRD OPTION, and is currently working on a book called COME HELL OR HIGH WATER. Carson lives in East Tennessee with his wife of 29 years.
